Yoga Teacher and Holistic PractitionerAmy Sedgwick is a certified Fertility Awareness Mentor, yoga teacher, and licensed massage therapist with over 15 years of experience in holistic wellness. Her work weaves together body wisdom, sacred cycles, and holistic healing. Rooted in her own deep connection to nature and shaped by a lifelong exploration of spiritual and ancestral traditions, Amy guides others in remembering the body as a sacred vessel and the Earth as a living teacher. Through gentle movement and breathwork. She invites participants to return to themselves—aligned, present, and rooted.

Ethnogeologist, Roger Amerman is am enrolled member of the Choctaw Nation and husband to a Nimíipuu (Nez Perce) woman. He will guide us through the stories, traditions, and teachings rooted in the land where we gather. His deep connection to geology and Indigenous knowledge invites us to see the land not just as terrain, but as a living relative.
In a world of constant noise, rushing schedules, and digital overwhelm, many of us are feeling deeply disconnected—from the Earth, from our bodies, and from a sense of rootedness.
This experience is an invitation to remember.
Through sacred land-based wisdom and embodied movement, we’ll gently reconnect to what has always been beneath our feet and within our breath: the Earth’s rhythm, the wisdom of our ancestors, and the truth that we are part of something much greater.
This immersive and heart-opening day will unfold in a sacred rhythm, inviting you to slow down, listen deeply, and connect—body, mind, and spirit—with the land and its teachings.
